I am always “thinking outside the box…” finding the one spark that will help my agents achieve their goals. I seek to put a twist on all events as well as the information being presented, simply to help my agents learn and make the lessons applicable to their everyday business.

I truly believe in being fully involved with my agents and conduct training on a daily basis. Whether a basic technology topic, a legal issue or sales necessity, every member of my team is encouraged to take advantage of the opportunities and learn something new. In addition to training, assistance is immediately available to my agents, either directly or through my staff. Equally available are all the tools necessary to provide clients with superior service! Many of these tools are exclusive to Coldwell Banker and are designed to assist my team with the day-to-day running of their business. For our customers and clients, I know that each member of my team is delivering the kind of service I would expect if I hired an agent to work for me!
