Long Island Homes Median Sales Price

Wow, the median sales price has shot up over the last two months!

What this means is that higher priced homes are selling at last, what this doesn’t mean is prices are going up!

We are finally seeing activity in all price ranges on homes that have adjusted their prices to the current market value. In many markets there are multiple offers on houses that reflect the current market value.

Don’t let anyone tell you there are no buyers in the market in fact that is farthest from the truth, the fact is there is an over abundance of buyers and very few homes priced to reflect today’s market values.
