Buyer demand seems to be holding steady for Nassau County homes; however new inventory did increase over August’s numbers. We should start seeing a seasonal decrease of homes coming on the market over the next few months as we do each year. To get a better picture of the seasonal market I am going to extend my charting out 18 months instead of 12.
