Nassau county is not out of the woods yet! The chart shows four months of increased buyer activity since the low of 585 properties going to contract back in January. This increase could be just from seasonal demand and may not sustain itself through the summer months. New inventory is still coming on at a record pace which will pressure home prices to lower.
